Great location. Absolutely amazing staff and customer service. They were just phenomenal
The room fridge didn’t work and neither did the rain shower

Very kind staff, very good breakfast, clean and large room. Great location.
The extra bed we got for our son was very uncomfortable

Location was great as it was close to most of the places I was going to. The people where friendly and efficient. My room had a really big window giving me plenty of light
took me a little while to find the paddle courts above the car park but not a big deal

Perfect location
The property itself is lovely and in a very convenient, perfect location. However, one area that could be improved is the reception service. During our stay, we found the reception team to be quite reserved and, at times, not very welcoming or approachable.
A warmer greeting, a smile, and a little more friendliness from the reception staff would make a big difference to the overall guest experience. The hotel is otherwise in a great location and has a lot of potential.
