Charming reception by the hosts: they couldn’t have been kinder or more welcoming. Definitely recommend this place. And will definitely ask to stay again

It’s a beautiful villa with hosts that make you feel right at home! We had both apartments and a room for the entire family and Lorenzo was kind enough to also allocate for us some private family space that was very much appreciated.

We loved everything

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Tuscany. The property is in an excellent location, very peaceful and private, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The whole atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and we immediately felt at home. Alessandra and Lorenzo were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, as was the lovely lady who served us breakfast every morning. Breakfast deserves a special mention. Everything was homemade, and every day there was something different to discover. You could genuinely taste the care and quality behind it. For me, the star of the show was definitely the scrambled eggs, especially with the addition of pecorino. They were absolutely delicious. Another lovely detail was the family’s own olive oil. We had the chance to taste two different varieties produced by the family themselves, both of excellent quality. It was such a nice touch and made the breakfast experience feel even more authentic. The villa itself has a beautiful traditional style that really preserves the character and colours of Tuscany. Nothing felt overly staged or impersonal. It genuinely felt like staying in a Tuscan home, surrounded by a warm family atmosphere. We also really appreciated the private parking. Since we had a rental car, being able to park safely inside the property was extremely convenient and gave us both comfort and peace of mind. Alessandra was also incredibly helpful with recommendations. She suggested some wonderful places to visit and recommended a lovely trattoria in the village, which we actually tried on our first evening and really enjoyed. Whenever we asked for advice, she was always happy to help and point us in the right direction. If I had to mention just one small suggestion, it would be the breakfast hours. For guests who prefer to wake up a little later, extending breakfast until 10:30 rather than 10:00 would make the mornings even more relaxed.

What a wonderful place from start to finish. The family that run the House were lovely and could not be more helpful. The staff on site were superb too. The breakfast on the veranda overlooking the countryside was a joy both from what we had to eat and what we had to see. Lorenzo organised a wine tasting in a nearby Vineyard that was wonderful and provided a route for us to take, to get a good feel for local area that I would recommend to everybody. Thanks to Alexandra, Lorenzo and his father for making us so welcome.
