Lovely grounds. Bar area nice. Facilities clean. Staff friendly.

The bedroom was as small as a single room. Photos are not a reflection of the actual room. Windows did not open! We booked a double room and there was literally less than a square meter of floor space to stand on. The room was crammed with a bed, desk and wardrobe. Absoulte squeeze for two adults. Nowhere to put our luggage the wardrobe was full with the ironing board one dress and a suit. Couldn’t open bedroom door if the desk chair wasn’t pushed fully in. Shower tray leaked and flooded the floor every time you used it and there was a nail hanging out the bathroom wall. TV didn’t work - no signal. We did ask to pay to upgrade or move to a bigger room and was told we wasn’t able to as they were fully booked yet our friends changed rooms and had access to both rooms all weekend so there were rooms free to move to. Parking - We were blocked in by someone not parking in a proper bay so had to get a taxi out as no one knew whose car it was! So be careful where you park. Breakfast on the Sunday was chaos far too many people for how many tables available - people were waiting at the side of your table for you to finish. So either go for opening or don’t go at all. Such a shame maybe we just went on a busy weekend this time as we’ve been before and had a lovely time.

I thought the staff were very help. The young manager of reception, the spanish manager in restaurant all went the extra mile to give us a good stay. Breakfast was very good but missed my fried eggs. Evening buffet was value for money

Just a swimming pool in spa area was disappointing. Its a proper rabbit warren in the hotel but once you know where you are it gets easier

The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. The variety at the buffet breakfast was great.

The room was a long way from the car park and the main communal areas. The wifi in our room was completely unavailable during our stay. This was unacceptable, as hotel staff were aware of this when checking us in to our room but did not advise us. In addition, there was absolutely no mobile reception in our room, so we were completely cut off from communication. My husband went to complain and was finally offered a room in the main house, but by this point my daughter was already asleep, and the room hadn't even been made up, so we decided to stay where we were.
