The location is excellent. Having a bar and restaurant on site is a bonus. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Plentiful hot water. A large bathroom.
As a solo female traveller and did not like that the window of my room was at a right angle to another room. This meant my room could be looked into, which I was uncomfortable with. Also the rooms at right angle to me had use of a patio seating area right outside my window, which I was also uneasy about. I kept my curtains closed, as I was only there 1 day, but this is something I feel the hotel should consider when allocating rooms to solo female guests.
Plumbing is rather noisy if you are on the first floor.

If I was going to play golf it would have been great
Good sized rooms
Unfortunately somebody had smoked in the room ( Probably part of a golf party)
No alternative was available.
Breakfast was okay but the coach loads of ragged tourists looked far from happy.
I ended up eating out that evening. I think they’re gonna make their mind up if they’re gonna have golfers groups enjoying ourselves or tourists the two don’t mix.
