location was disaapointing. very small and tucked away with no packing. it was presented like it is a luxury hotel. it is budget like travel lodge and premier etc

It was nesr to station, and all facilities are there!
Aircon it was not that good, toilet shower don’t work properly, there have just tow shower towel not small one, but air it was so colde ife u turn off Aircone being hot!!!

Check-in was quick and easy. The hotel has access to the spa's swimming pool although we didn't use it as only stopping here for one night. The location is great as it is only about 5 minutes walk to Hounslow Central tube station and so the hotel was convenient for catching an early morning flight from Heathrow.
Bedside lamp didn't work (and it was not the bulb as I tested it!) On suite seemed a little run down and in need of a makeover (there were signs of rust on the towel radiator). The water from the fancy tap above the washbasin had a habit of spraying water down ones front even when the tap was opened slowly.
