The property was lovely, really cute and a lovely area. The staff were super nice and greeted us with a complimentary drink voucher and showed us to our room. Our room was really clean and comfortable and was easy to navigate to. Breakfast in the morning was really good, we ordered full Englishs at the bar and was really quick service. Would 100% recommend, we really enjoyed our stay there
There wasn’t much of anything I disliked. I personally prefer a firmer pillow at night but that isn’t the fault of the property at all, as they had several pillows on the bed

It has retained its historical charm, staff were all very helpful and friendly, very comfortable. On arrival, there was a problem in the kitchen, but staff went out of their way to provide alternative food and refreshments.
The room was lovely, although signs of a make over were evident, slight flaking of paint and plaster.
