Nice building and has lots of facilities such as a gym. The restaurant was good and the food was very nice. The room was comfy. I had a nice desk to do my work on.
the fact you have to pay for parking when there is nothing else nearby was frustrating - i am sure everyone who goes there drives so just include the cost in your price and not have it as a surcharge. The gym equipment was tired and needed some updating and repairs. Paid for Wi-Fi at a brand like Double Tree seems a bit disappointing too. I couldn't turn the AC on and the room was very warm.

Location and breakfast were good. Staff both at reception and and breakfast were really welcoming and helpful. We liked parking was exempt because we went to legoland. That was a nice bonus. We would highly recommend and stay here again.
Nearest train station was 30 mins away.

The staff were exceptional, but the experience was standard.
The restaurant staff were friendly but did not appear to be personal. They did their job efficiently.
