Great breakfast and nice outdoor area to sit and eat.

The room was poor for the price. The auf on noisy and the lighting very bright. I also found the bed and pillows unsatisfactory.

not very clean. bathroom smelt of stale urine and there wax blood smeared on window in bedroom but trey cleaned everything after I mentioned it to them

The staff were very cooperative and moved us into another room -and an upgrade, as our shower hot water wasn't working.

The room we were allocated had noise issues from the airconditioner in the room, and the hot water wasn't working when we had a shower. But, the staff moved us and gave us an upgrade, which was all great.

Stayed here many times before but it has gone down badly. no hot water first 2 nights, asked to be moved to a different room as they never fixed it, next room also cold water, just unacceptable when paying premium money per night. won’t be back

I had dinner and it was great. All of the staff were nothing less than fantastic. Keep up the good work Novatel Darwin Staff. You guys are brilliant.

the light at the entrance of the door was dangling out of the ceiling. air con sounded like it was on the fritz. could not see any fire equipment close to the room, especially with fire escape stairs at the opposite end. looked like the ceiling had black mould painted over. the dryers looked like they had been out of order for a while which is annoying when you want to use the laundry facilities. ceiling was leaking
