Cosmopolitan Hotel and Apartments

Location and cleanliness

Nothing

Great central location, parking available if requested which was amazing.

Nothing, everything was good.

Loved room, staff other than one particular heavier set Asian lady who was quite rude and persisted i come to reception to pay my room when I told her repeatedly I was on a very important zoom meeting..other lovely young girl the night earlier helped me print out some documents and was very nice. No smoking on balcony strictly forbidden and very public smoking area with no undercover area spoiled the whole stay for me. Room was great. OLD TVS. NO CHRIMECAST OR FIRESTICK only normal television destroyed a relaxing chill out for me, i actually cried.

Old tvs. No screensharing nothing. And smokers have to stabd in rain

Location

For Family suite stay of 4, no toaster and or microwave. Though provided in a lounge area next to reception but closed from 5pm. How’s that useful for dinners.
