Conveniently situated near the M4 so a perfect place to break our trip.
Walking through reception to access the spa.

One night stay before a flight.Lovely staff and atmosphere in the bar
The room was functional and clean, but the bed was wonderful.Such a good night sleep.
Obviously the area is mostly a business zone,so not charming.
These days we are used to showers, not baths.Shower over bath was functional, but not a total delight.

Excellent service, especially catering for our little one with a travel cot, children's toys and a kids bookcase.
Paying for parking.

Just normal like any other place. Its more similar to Travelodge Room rather than other Hiltons I stayed. No other issues.
There was no mention of an absence of a lift in this place. The young man at the checkin was kind enough to gaive us a help to carry the hand luggage upstairs. Perhaps this should be mentioned for older folks or someone who may not be able to climb up with their luggage.
