The location is amazing with beautiful views and parking onsite. Very close to Manly beach. The rooms were nice, clean and modern. The shuttle buses made it nice and easy to get around the place.

Awesome property where you can move to different locations such as the bay or historic buildings
No air conditioning. We did ok but I can’t imagine how it would be on a summers night

We stayed in P9 room 21 outside bathroom, you need to install a grip bar in the bath/shower. I have a vertigo problem and once in the bath I struggled to get out.
Also as the shelf in the bathroom over the sink is broken and two thin bars poke out and are dangerous when leaning in to brush teeth etc.

Arrival was easy and staff accommodating.
Departure was also easy.
Requests were handled quickly.
View is magnificent.
Shuttle transport. On ordering a shuttle ride we were quoted five minutes for pick up but waited over thirty minutes in the rain after reordering shuttle. It would have been better to be told thirty minutes so that we could have waited inside instead of waiting on the road for collection.
Toilet paper was very sparse. One roll (not full) on each toilet for six people of varying age. No spares.
Doors need to be able to shut properly.
