The staff were extremely rude, the elevators were not all working meaning that we had to wait minimum 20 minutes each way which was ridiculous

Loved the view over the river, and location was brilliant. The speed of the lifts, access only to your floors, and the security of the building. The staff were amazingly helpful in providing information and maps. Happy staff are the best to have, and yours certainly were very positive. Thanks for the stay

Access from the carpark. The instructions were followed but didn't work. Someone returning let us in thankfully. Having to carry bags downstairs is not something I can do, luckily my friend could. Then again there was another resident who helped with access to the front desk floor. I believe something was waiting to be repaired, however a plan put in place to manage the issue should have been prioritised. unfortunately the pool wasn't available.

Location, room, view was great.

Disappointed pool and spa were not available. Dryer in room did not work and was unable to be fixed until after our check out day. Jug would not stay switched on without having to hold finger on the button. Second half of shower door was missing which meant water from shower poured on to bathroom floor.

Great location with easy access to Queen Street Mall and Southbank. Our teenagers were able to explore the area then spread out in the ample space of the apartment. The beds were very comfortable.

My colleagues stayed for one night. It was really close to where the needed to attend to the following day and the trip from the airport was fairly easy. It was clean and comfortable

that you couldn't have visitors !!!! we were a group of women 45-55 and 2 of our daughters wanted to visit our room to have a drink etc before our night out and after for cuppa before they went home but because it exceeded the max 5 allowed to stay in unit and the fact we had only registered 4 we couldn't have them to our room - its not like we were having a party!!!!!and that I asked and booked for a king and 2 king singles in my booking for a two bedroom apartment but they had them made up as 2 king beds. and overall staff not friendly or accomodating - would never stay in oaks again

Very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable & good location

The appartment was in a great location. Very central. We had a great view to the west. It would be a great place for a longer stay too.

The location & the hotel.

I like the location because it's closed the City & Valley. I also like the hotel because of the swimming pool & the gym & the 7 eleven downstairs as well the liquor store.

Room needs to be refurbished. It is a bit old.

Location, view, facilities are all top notch. There was some discussion of value for money, but really, to get a comfy, clean, private apartment in Brisbane City for magic round (NRL), for 4 blokes at roughly $800 a night is not too bad.

One or two of the lads found the beds a tad uncomfortable. When made up for 4 singles the bedrooms are a little cramped. We initially booked for 5 - I can't imagine how that would have worked out.
