Lovely spacious room, very comfortable.

No Power Points in the bathroom or sink in the kitchen

The property was clean. The staff, in particular Jade, went above and beyond to make recommendations, arrange taxi hire, and address a non-working hot tub.

The windows didn't seal the best so there was some road noise that could be heard from the street-facing rooms. Unfortunately the hot tub jacuzzi was not working.

Location was good and the staff pleasant. Easy walking distance to esplanade. Bed was comfortable.

Renovations taking place and not told when we booked. Very noisy, and not just from the builders, could hear people talking in hallway, doors banging, toilets flushing, no restaurant or bar open on site. My room with a view of the pool was a view mostly of the roof below, and the construction site in front of the pool. If we hadn't already paid, we would have gone somewhere else.

Room was clean and just what we needed for the night. Car parking was secure.

great view of the bay! good location and nice coffee shop on the corner. Staff very friendly.

No fly screen on the window. We like to open it for fresh air at night, but no screen. Sadly there were renovations, so no on site facilities and the outside pool area was also being worked on. Outside pool area is not user friendly - no shade, few seats.
