Kids loved the buffet breakfast. Car parking was free and convenient. The water park was great too, kids loved the mini golf. Location is very good for walking to the nearby Bulcock beach to watch the sunset, highly recommend!

Wifi played up, but was solved in 30 mins with 2 phone calls to IT and reception. Supervision at water park tricky as some kids play rougher then others, so recommend a parent stays near little ones as ages were mixed and some kids fly out of slides fast enough to knock over others.

We all loved the DJ booth blasting in kids splash area on arrival, such a fun welcome. We loved happy hour in the spa with the lychee cocktail, highly recommend trying this! Our daughter loved the pond and looking for “Daddy Eel”. Location was great, room was clean, very handy having vending machines around for snacks. Restaurant had good variety of food and lots of options for kids dinner, not just the standard nuggets. Lovely grounds we enjoyed night walks in the moonlight after dinner. Overall perfect place for a family getaway.

The restaurant was always packed particularly at breakfast and the kids being so rowdy in the spa and main pool I know kids will be kids but maybe make the spa adults only.

Great for younger kids. Room was spacious and clean. Walking distance to the beach. If you are looking for something else to do or somewhere to go for dinner there wasn’t much within walking distance.

Reception staff were difficult.
