Tout était parfait, la localisation, le personnel, la propreté, parking gratuit ainsi que le petit déjeuner complet.

La connexion du wifi et 3G est mauvaise, c’est le seul point négatif.

Es la segunda vez que hemos estado en este hotel, esta vez con un bebe de 7 meses y nos hemos sentido como en casa. Nos facilitaron una cuna y bañera pequeña para el bebé y la atención ha sido maravillosa. No puedes perderte el atardecer desde el restaurante!

Wonderful place to stay on a vacation with kids and family. Staff is super friendly and the property itself is one of the best we stayed in

The only minor issue was that the kids zone was intercepted. But we had an amazing staff that was empathetic enough to improvise a nice place for the kids in one of their conference rooms. It was amazing!

Personnel réception le soir de notre checkin, jeune dame et jeune monsieur bagagiste agréable et sympathique! Jolie chambre cocooning avec magnifique vue sur mer et falaise! Piscines! Très Bon cocktail au Bar! Personnel petit déjeuner gentil. Le choix au petit déjeuner est énorme et bon, il y a un stand de gauffre fait à la demande, génial. Machine à café en chambre. Parking de l'hôtel gratuit. 1 Boxe petit déj à emporter très bien garnie car nous avion dû partir plus tôt le jour du départ. Merci

Les finitions mur, plinthes, portes bagages, meuble, miroir couloir, rideau de douche abimées!! Les lampes tombantes devant des miroirs du lit ont gâché le décor et leur utilisation. Les spaghettis carbonara et bolognaise du snack bar étaient beaucoup trop salés et personnel du bar lents, peu accueillants!! Au petit dej on nous a installé en intérieur avec jolie vue puis des clients nous ont piqué nos places, lorsque nous sommes allés se servir à manger, et cela a été très embarassant, que le jeune homme nous a surclassé à une table avec jolie vue dehors pour s'en excuser.. et cela ne semblait pas plaire au personnel de cette zone..il a dû expliquer pourquoi il nous a mis ici...on était très mal à l'aise.. au final. Télévision petite et pas option smart tv.. dommage. La clim réversible est vielle peu efficace et bruyante, nous avons eu mieux dans un 4 étoiles à Lagos de marque Samsung neuve et réellement réversible et calme. Rideau de douche devrait être supprimé et installer des volets électriques seraient bien. 1 bière était périmée dans le minibar..nous avons mis un mot pour prévenir la femme de chambre. Le lit est beaucoup trop moelleux pas assez ferme, et pas de coussin végétal à mémoire de forme.. c'est bien personnel.. Déçu pour un 5 étoiles!! Zone de l'hôtel excentré et chemin qui fait très peur la nuit pour venir ici. :(

Die eine Dame am Empfang wirkte genervt und nicht wirklich hilfsbereit einen Sonnenschirm für den Balkon zu besorgen. Obwohl eine Halterung auf dem Balkon war, tat sie so, als wäre es ein Unding um einen Sonnenschirm zu bitten. Egal, dann eben ohne ;-)

The staff couldn't do more. They were friendly, courteous and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and respond to our needs. The location is brilliant, short walk to town, and the pool and sea view are excellent. Parking is excellent.

Excellent location and facilities. We celebrated parts of our honymoon there and the staff made it a stay to remember. Beautiful surroundings and hotel.

The location is good.

The heat was unbearable and the AC in the room was not good enough. Sweating throughout the night and day. The wait staff are extremely slow. The room, a deluxe suite, was tiny and you could barely fit through the entry. The bathroom shower didn’t have enough slant so water would go into the bedroom.

Everything!! All the staff were more than helpful, accommodating, friendly, so nice, . Breakfast is run so efficiently, with no shortage of staff on hand to help. The beds are one of the best I've slept in. Would like to know what mattress and pillows they use. The setting of the hotel is spectacular, with an amazing view. I can't wait to go back.

The only thing that I could pick fault with, are the sunbeds. They weren't comfortable, padding would of helped. They were hard, and the gap in the middle of them dug in. With everything else in the hotel was of such high standard, this was the only downside.

Felt truly spoilt the staff were very accommodating! Location was perfect and sushi rooftop was unreal!
