Excellent location superb staff great breakfast
Rooms really need update!
Water pressure was not working properly
Very old and almost not safe electric options for recharging phone batteries
Not enough space for counters in the bathroom and the room itself

Gorgeous location, very beautiful property but it needs work.
The garden has no flowers, the property is in need of upkeep! Renovation doesn't mean changing the beautiful face of the palace, but things need to be upgraded...carpets replaced, bathroom upgraded so sinks and showers don't leak, and don't look outdated and unclean...the building itself needs cleaning, it's all black and stained.

Amazing location, beautiful building. Seems like a fairytale castle. Staff was really nice and welcoming . Excellent breakfast.
The building needs some restoration, especially in the bedrooms and restaurant.

I absolutely loved walking through the forest. I loved the old time feeling the hotel and rooms had. The beds were comfy and the hotel staff were lovely .
The food was horrible and the people working in the restaurant came across as hating their jobs. (I worked 10 years as a waitress, I know what that looks like.)
New menu/chef, new wait staff and this place would be unstoppable
