Great location, lovely pool area and really close to beach. Good breakfast and staff at breakfast really friendly and helpful
Reception staff did not have great knowledge of area - often unable to answer questions
In times when people often travel with minimal luggage it would have been good to have towels available for pool area

Good location, lots of parking and friendly staff…
especially the gentleman at the breakfast buffet was extremely nice and always making sure everyone was happy. I’m a very picky person and I can tell rooms were very clean.
I didn’t like the fact of the bath towels only getting changed twice a week.
there was a water leak from ceiling and was never fixed so ceiling parts were always on the floor and was gross.
No elevator or helpers to carry bags upstairs. rooms are VERY old

In winter, this is a wonderfully quiet and peaceful location. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable and spacious, with marvellous balconies offering great views of sea and sand, across a well maintained garden and pool.

Great location, garden and pool area very nice. Reception team very helpful especially with the printing of the various documents we needed to return home.
No WiFi in the rooms is a little behind the times and maybe add a drinks service or small bar in the pool/garden area.

Tea making fasciitis in room. Fridge in room. Complementary water. Air conditioning worked very well.
Bed was to hard. Never got to sample full breakfast as we had to leave early.

Location at the end of the town and close to the beach is very nice
The room was supposed to have a balcony. In reality there was a tiny balcony that was so small that it was not possible to sit 2 people. When we arrived it didn't even have any chairs. They were provided to us on request but there was not enough space to put a table or sit comfortably since half of the space is occupied by the air con unit.
In my opinion to sell this room as a room with balcony is misleading to say the least.
The room itself really needs some renovation. Everything looks very outdated. The air con was dripping water. The TV is minuscule. There is no Wifi at all in the room (to be fair that was not advertised, but for the price of the room I would expect this in the 21st century). There are not enough plugs in the room (and one of them fell out of the wall when we used it). The power cable of the water heater doesn't even reach the plug, to heat water it needs to be placed on the floor.
