Everything Rooms too cold no heating just a very cheap run hotel Shocking for a Maldrom It’s mostly used for refugees

Chambre spacieuse. Lit confortable. Bouilloire à disposition avec des petites collations. Branchement USB près du lit, parfait lorsque vous n'avez pas la prise adaptateur. Petit déjeuner au top. Plein de prospectus à disposition.

Devoir payer pour le parking. L'emplacement, route passante, ne pas prendre une chambre avec vue sur la route.

Location was great. Staff were excellent.

The water in the bath didn’t drain very well.

Clean and tidy. Staff were good.

Having to pay 10euros for car parking when checking out. Did not see it on the website I booked on . Was well hidden!

Location suitable for me

Very disappointed with the lack of room cleanliness. We were a family of 4, we were staying for 10 days but the room was cleaned only once after multiple requests were made. The bathroom extractor did not work at all, which as you can expect made the bathroom and room very smelly, and the mirror foggy most of the time. We reported the bathroom 4-5 times, maintinance staff looked at it and said that they will come back in 2 minutes but never returned. This was reported again but nothing happened The reception staff responce to our request was quick in terms of registering our complaint but not any further The room cleaning and refreshing was very slow or lacking, again we had to ask multiple times but never got the full jub done, eg, either tge bin was not cleared or tea bags were not supplied or the towels/toilet rolls were not replaced. A few times we just picked up the toilet roll from service trolley ourself We have stayed in this hotel previously as well and it was good then but quite disappointing this time. We flelt that the domestic staff and maintinance staff were not upto their expected standard. Hotel really needs to work hard in these two areas

The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was rather good.

We were charged €10 to park our car at the hotel overnight. Also there was such a soulless atmosphere at the hotel. It felt like a refugee camp and I was happy to leave.
