Hotel A.S. Sao Joao da Madeira

Comfortable and efficient.

Underground car park slopes were difficult to negotiate on a motorcycle. Not the easiest place to find.

We've been before. Excellent hotel.

Everything OK

The comfort and conditions of this hotel surpassed our expectations. It provided a clean room with plenty of space, comfy beds, a warm blanket, extra pillows, a mirror (besides the bathroom's), toiletries, a bidet, and a hairdryer (very nice for people with longer hair). There was a safe in the bedroom and a small fridge. The bathrooms looked brand new, and the shower was accessible to people with special needs. Another very nice thing is the soundproofing of the bedrooms (I've been to other places where you could hear the elevator going up and down). Breakfast was quite yummy, served from 7-10h30, and I personally liked the coffee quality quite a bit.

This is not really a complaint, but it is important to respect the checkout time (midday).

Location war top, richtig im Zentrum

Frühstück war sehr marg, 2 Sorten Brot, aber keine gut.
