Hotel HP Tower One Brasov

It was just a one night stay. The main areas of the hotel look very inviting. The staff is very nice and caring.

We booked a room with two twin beds. The mattresses were extremely firm, actually I would say hard and the pillows very dense. We couldn’t really find sleep because of that. In general the rooms need an update urgently. The shower floor looked really dirty but most likely was cleaned but we decided to not shower there. Also there were only towels for one person, not two. (We had no time to ask for additional towels) Breakfast was o.k.

Near the city but great hotel, secure parking too.

What I liked about the hotel was the free parking, the breakfast, and the design.

I have stayed here many times before, but this time the experience was far below expectations. The room was very dusty and dirty, there was water instead of shower gel in the dispenser in the shower cabin, the mattress was stained and extremely dirty, and the TV remote control was missing. The room was well below the standard I would expect from this hotel.
