Three wasn’t anything not to like

Die Zimmer sind schön groß, der Teppich war angenehm weich und das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine gute Auswahl.

Die Klimaanlage war von Schimmel befallen. Der Fön im Bad war so schmutzig, dass ich ihn nicht anfassen wollte. Der Türrahmen der Zimmertür war beschädigt.

Nothing

This hotel is a disaster for Romanian tourism. Starting with the entrance to the hotel where there is no one to help you with your luggage and continuing with the reception where the employees are very aggressive and unprofessional. We stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. We had 2 rooms, a double and a single room for our minor daughter. The door to our room would not close unless slammed very hard, there were no hangers in the wardrobe, the water was only packaged in plastic cups that had a terrible smell after you unsealed them. The TV in the room was very small and you couldn't see much while lying in bed. On the first night there was a huge scandal between 2 am and 6 am. Two ladies were screaming in the hallway at 2 men that they wanted their money. Our neighbors called the hotel security who didn't exist. A short gentleman came who didn't solve anything. The biggest problem was that we found several insects, cockroaches and spiders. Our minor daughter is in shock and yet the hotel manager did not want to cancel our reservation and refund our money. The breakfast was very poor without pastries to much and fruits. The lady from the entrance of the restaurant is very aggresive also and permanently text or speak on the phone. She dont care is not enough food in the breakfast buffet. Below are the photos of proof so that this accommodation unit does not deceive other people.
