I chose this hotel because it was about 5 minutes walk to Arroios Metro station, it is about 15 minutes to the city centre. The room and breakfast were fine with a very modern en suite bathroom. Very good value for money.

The hotel is of an older construction, but that is not a problem, the room had a strange smell, the window was towards the interior of the same building, there was not enough air, very often you could smell the cooking from outside in the evening and in the morning, which was not pleasant because you had to close the window so it would be stuffy, also a strange smell used to come from the bathroom because the ventilation was not working

The room was clean and comfortable. The lift worked - important since we were on the 6th floor. The location is good to walk to central Lisbon with the bonus of the Metro being nearby.

No supplies were provided for the in-room coffee maker.

The air acconditioner wasn't working and I informed the staff mang times but nothing The breakfast isn't good

Depends on luck, we had a tiny double room, my son came later and got a beautiful, large room with balcony!

Just the room size, one had to perform a dance to get to the wardrobe or open the room door, chambermaid not too reliable, but altogether a nice place, trying to please. Rather dark…not well lit,,,,seems to be a problem in Potugal
