The location is perfect, and the staff is very nice

Hotel was in a perfect spot in the beautiful old town of Malcesine. The people in reception were super helpful! They even helped us to get there through WhatsApp and helped us buy local buss tickets.

Breakfast was nice. Room was quiet and spacious, and loved the location. Also loved the staff there eho went beyond our expectations and helped us with parking etc.

Excellent location. It's 2 minutes from ferry terminal. Room was clean.

No hot water from tap for some reason. I had to take shower using cold water. Breakfast was average. Check out until 9:30, but breakfast is until 10:00.

Great location and very friendly staff. Our room was tidied daily and we were given new towels every two days.

Breakfast room had a lovely atmosphere but I was left missing something extra for vegetarians/vegans. There was bread, yogurt and oranges but I was feeling hungry not long after breakfast. Shower was a bit uncomfortable and our room only had a tiny window that didn't let any light in.

Great location, right at the heart of the town by the harbour. In a well maintained old house. Has a lift. Good breakfast.

Location location location. All staff were genuinely friendly and could not have been more helpful. Would like to say the lady who manages the breakfast room is brilliant.

No air conditioning and it was particularly hot weather. This in absolutely no way reflects on the hotel as it is out of their control but the Gelatera opposite are the most thoughtless proprietors you could wish to be your neighbours and would start up their extremely noisy 50cc three wheel truck up every night from 1am to 3am whilst also talking very loudly.

the location & price

it’s a drab as it looks in the photos, very dated with questionable decor. the breakfast is plentiful but food is self service and of a poor quality.

honestly, for that price I can’t think of a better place to live in Malcesine

The location is incredible, the staff lovely and attentive (even leaving us a littlepacked breakfast as we had an early flight home) and incredible value for money!

There was no air-condition in every room. In shower it took long time until you got warm water.

excellent location centre of old town and close to lake. short walk down from the bus stop. staff exceptionally friendly and helpful.

no Aircon just a fan. only just bearable in end of June but don’t think it will cope in the summer heat. no mosquito nets . a bit of noise from the street and surrounding restaurants putting glass bottles out early in the morning - so difficult to sleep with window open if your room faces outwards. basic breakfast - great if you eat meat & dairy but very limited for vegetarians and if you have food allergies (dairy/wheat)
