Breakfast was excellent, but would advise hot food is still available for each guest when they arrive ?

Hot water in room for Tea, Coffee now is globally expected and accepted.

The hotel was amazing and the night reception guy was very welcoming an helpful Parking is very easy at the hotel and free . The room is so big and relaxing. It is highly recommended.

Breakfast plentiful and very well presented by staff team.

Although not big drinkers the bar would have been really nice to have been open in the evening.

The personel had no idea how a Hotel functions or how it should be run. I had paid a guarantee for late arrival and the personel did not know what it was or how to hadle it. According to the information I have received from the American Express until now it looks like I have paid twice for my room. One time to Booking com and one time to the Hotel.

due to the covid situation the rooms were not tidied up and the towels not changed except when specifically required by the guest and this is unacceptable especially for a 4 star hotel; we have never encountered this problem in other hotels.

Due to Covid facilities were very limited but indeed a place we would stay again
