Our room was satisfactory for a one night stop over . Room service was satisfactory for a late night meal. Nice large shower

Not good soundproofing of rooms to corridors. Rooms are 'compact' with not a lot of space to move

Everything! Service, shuttle service to airport fabulous gym, WiFi and comfy. Great friendly staff.

Failed to prvoide transport shutle for 1 Hour had to make a International Expensive Phone Call because after 30 mins of sending whatsapp the shuttle did not turn up. Then had to wait 30 minutes more to them to arrive in an old bus which was not suitable for luggage work. They allowed a Dog to roam around the eating area un contrtolled and even the staff stroked it

Free shuttle service was very well organised with frequent runs. The restaurant and bar were open extended hours which worked so well for late arrivals.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, lovely very acceptable rooms. Accomodating and stress free. Trustworthy, and very clean. Big difference from another motel I stayed at near Auckland airport. Prefer comfort, safety, cleanliness and a professional attitude over price. The shuttle bus ran quite frequently and was very convenient and you could book it to take you to the airport at any time convenient for your flight (not like cheaper places (another story))

Bit expensive but I recommend paying this kind of price to avoid stressful shocks with cheaper, not very nice places. The shuttle bus took more than 30 minutes to come the first time we took it but I think it was just bad timing.

Being close to the airport travel from there to other parts of Auckland is relatively easy.

The fake loyalty scheme. I have stayed there for a number of years and used to accrue loyalty points. They phased this out before I got to use them and ever since have talked about a new system that is going to be in place.

Clean, comfortable and good location.

Front desk manager could have been warm and friendly however he was rather cold and short in his responses. Tad rude.

Room was small, but excellent bathroom, comfy bed and all very clean. Bus to the airport was very good and timely. Restaurant meals were also very good and prices were good value.

We got there after 7 and so basically just slept there and left after 6am.

When we arrived at 7pm finding the reception wasn't easy. First we went to an empty bar, then a sign at an unattended reception advised us to go to Wing 1. From where we parked the main entrance wasn't that visible.

The shuttle service is good - got us to and from the airport efficiently. The food in the restaurant was surprisingly good.

They responded to a message I wrote two days after we stayed there! Its a typical airport hotel, a bit clinical and soulless.
