Staff for the most part were lovely.
Air con didn’t work properly - asked for this to be fixed - remained the same. Floor of the room was dirty and there was hair in the shower when we first got in.

Personal was very nice
I dont feel that we was in 5star hotel. Rooms need renovate, same food all week in the breakfast. there is never enough space on the sunbeds by the pool. Many sunbeds are demaged.

Spacious and quiet rooms with good conditioner, wide range of activities in the hotel - children pool, nice reception. Breakfast choice was good but arrangement could have been better, staff was helpful.
Surroundings of the apartments were dirty, apartment also could have been cleaner, worn and old interior, small and properly not working TV, sofa bed for children was a big joke - uncomfortable with metal edges!!! Kitchenette only contained small fridge but no tableware.

10 mins from Rhodes town centre. Easy to get a taxi or rent a vehicle. There are a few nice restaurants outside the hotel, as we were not all inclusive, we needed them. Staff were generally friendly. Our room was large and clean. There are nice pools to swim and cool down in. The beach was very close, just across the street. The hotel provides plenty of entertainment if you like that sort of thing. I personally thought the acts were very good. We stayed during the fires in the south, on the last day of our holiday, the hotel welcomed many, many evacuees and were working very hard to accommodate all. This is a wonderful testimony to how kind Greek people are, they showed compassion and provided food, drinks and whatever else they could to help. Thanks to a member of staff, we were lucky to get to the airport and catch our flight home safely.
From the beginning of our stay, it was very difficult to get a sunbed/seating around the pools. Also, a lot of the sunbeds were broken or the cushions were very dirty which was disappointing considering it is the start of the season. We had a VIP room at the front of the hotel, the balcony was very noisy mainly due to the busy road opposite. Also, one of the two lifts was broken so it could take a bit of time to get up and down. The fridge in the room was small and already stocked, a notice says not to use the fridge unless you buy the items within. We ignored this as it was so hot we needed to put our water bottles in the small space available. Also, we asked for teabags in our room as it states tea making facilities but we're asked to pay 1.50 euros per teabag! We were not all inclusive but had paid VIP rates, I think this was a little mean! It is a large complex, with lots of facilities and overall we had a good stay.

Not much
Facilities featured on site were non existent or not part of the hotel.
Poor quality of rooms and air conditioning was not working.

very polite personel all over the hotel fm the reception to the pool. They even assisted us retrieving our lost passports from the airport. The room was very clean, the breakfast was fantastic, and in general the overall experience was really positive.
we only had one small issue, the airconditioning in our room was set in too cold and we couldnt change it before we ask for some assistance.

The property was very average and not as described by Booking.com
The rooms were dated, faults in the now old rooms are not being repaired and the hotel doesn’t look like it was well maintained. In my room the air con tattled, the bathroom light made an horrendous noise and the socket that powered the tv was hanging from the wall.
There was an in room refrigerator bar that stated personal items could not be stored in their fridge. This is ridiculous. The hotel is based around all inclusive clients and those that are on other board options such as B&B as we were are left in poor rooms with poor service and maintenance. Nit enjoyable at all for my wife and I.

the room was a nice size
the room was nowhere near as nice as the pictures portrayed. apparently the hotel provides accurate photos and booking.com present incorrect ones. according to reception manager when we complained
did not get the double bed requested but twins pushed together which then had a valley between them, and took days of requests to get a double doublet
would not recommend

Reception staff very rude. Corridors and rooms very very dark. Requested double bed 3 months ago, was given 2 tiny single beds

The suite was very nice, I travelled solo and the staff was very nice. Especially Evangelina and Katherina, They really made my stay welcome. I would definitely visit again. The customer service was good.

We are a vegan couple that selected breakfast & dinner included in our booking. Our dinner experience was not the best. The one waiter gave little effort to ensure we had something to eat. I was given one night just a small salad. I would say they could improve on guests dietary requests for the future.
The spa, pool, hammam, sauna, were all closed. We wanted to enjoy some quiet time in these zones but we’re not able to. We feel we didn’t get the value for our money since we weren’t able to use the facilities. Also the house keeping was very loud in the mornings often shouting to one another. And they didn’t clean the rooms very well. They forgot to put toilet paper, they didn’t clean or vacuum thoroughly. For a fancy hotel like this, the level of cleanliness could use improvement.

Great location and proximity to town centre. The Mediterranean sea view was breathtaking and calming. Loved the VIP lounge - used it for work and relaxation. Staff were very customer focused and helpful.
Loved the evening entertainment in the Drum and unlimited cocktails offered in the all inclusive price. The hotel and ambience was just lovely.
Nothing I can think of.
