Perfect location for my needs and for visiting the city. Just a short walk from the train station and the city center. The room was cozy and clean. The sauna and gym were excellent. Breakfast was great.
It’s not that I didn’t like anything, but I believe there are two aspects that could be improved, considering that other hotels of the same category offer them: charging for early check-in seemed excessive to me, especially since the room was already ready; moreover, and I know it might sound like a picky Italian complaint, having an espresso available at breakfast, even from an automatic machine, would have been appreciated.

Location is right next to the central train station. Breakfast is superb. The room is spacious. Most of the shops, attractions can be reach by foot from the hotel.
We stayed in a family room. The bed provided for the kids is a sofa bed, during our first night, we didn't sleep well because of the squeaky sound of the bed everytime they move. We just decided to move the mattress down directly on the floor and that solved the problem.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and were incredibly kind. With a perfect location and spacious rooms, it was a highlight of our trip. We truly loved how well we were looked after; this was easily the friendliest hotel staff we encountered in Finland.
Minor downsides: the 'wet room' shower style means the whole bathroom floor gets soaked (common in Finland, but a step or better drainage would help!). Also, the pillows weren't the most comfortable.

"Direkt gegenüber vom Hauptbahnhof gelegen. Sehr zentral und alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sehen auf den ersten Blick durch das dunklere Holz etwas alt aus sind aber zweckmäßig eingericht..."
