the location

room service was bad, nothing was replaced after the rm was cleaned , reception never answered calls , parking was shocking, there was check in the car park as cars were parked all over the place blocking other cars to get in or out . food service was below average for the price . bathroom didn’t have adequate ventilation. room was either to cold or to hot

Room was surprisingly quiet regardless of the heavy traffic beside the hotel!

The room, small, no view looked into office block, noisy aircon, toilet cistern sticking, insufficient towels, parking on grounds extra that was premium to find and not secure

The rooms were compact and suitable for an overnight business trip. Restaurant and Bar on site useful.

The bathroom was very compact. We found the bar staff could benefit from additional customer service training

The dinner menu said open till 11pm. However, it closed at 10. Made me pay twice and refunded on check out. Lift not working

Close to where we needed to go

1. A staff member (was about 11.30 pm Saturday night) telling us we had to go park outside the premises 500m away and walk back in as there was a huge function on and visitors clearly took up the guests parking, they should've been made to go park 500m away. Lucky the lady on the nightshift seemingly in charge came out and allowed us to park in the disabled park. 2. Having a huge surcharge on our credit card gees. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay.
