Nice and close to the city centre, nice staff, very nice room I was in

The only thing that would need a major is the TVs, my didn't work because of the remote

Great location, cheap and cheerful. I had Queen en-suite and I think it was good value for money.

Lift was broken, mould all over my room and bathroom, needs some TLC. But for the price & location I don’t care.

I liked the location and the staff friendliness

The room smelled terribly of pee even with the toilet door close and it was clear there was no cleaner that cleans the room they only change the bedsheets.

Room was not clean and disgusting. Staff did not care and would rather go on break then serve people coming in. Had to wait ages to be checked in and bed was very uncomfortable

The staff, especially young women was rude enough, I also working as Front Desk Receptionist in 3-Star Hotel back in Europe. We never told our guest that sorry you booked 3-star that's what we can give you else you can leave, isn't that rude enough ? Guy kept saying it's budget accommodation, budget accommodation doesn't mean you even didn't get what you booked. They gave me room was doesn't have any facilities I paid for like no heating, no TV and even there dirty towel even in new room I told that young lady that it's dirty, she responded that's all we provide, then she sent laundry who knock the door and left towel on floor outside ? Is that hygienic?. There was mould in first room and very strange smell, even kitchen was missed. If you don't speak they won't even bother to change, no friendly check-in, I asked for manager even receptionist doesn't call managers.

Comfortable bed

Really dirty and moldy bathroom, stains on towels, just felt yucky. Half of the showers out of order, flies everywhere. Looks like showers haven't been cleaned in a very long time. Good value and good location but I don't think it was worth the price for such poorly kept facilities.

It was extremely noisy throughout the night. Guest in the next room were hitting the door and were too loud.

it needs a bit of renovation, especially the bathrooms on the third floor. They were clean but the roof was leaking and a lot of the showers were out of order. Two of the four dryers in the laundry were also out of order and the remaining didn’t dry the clothes very well

There were no drinks making facilities in the room, the TV was broken, it was shabby and run down, no bath tub, generally a very poor standard.

Torn curtains, crack down toilet bowl, tiny as handbasin, got there and no one was at reception so me and a couple of other people had to stand at reception waiting for receptionist who had gone off for food to come back so we could get swipe card to our rooms and this was after 2 pm. also room description said there was a hair dryer but there wasn’t one. also a little bit of mould in bathroom.

The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly

The room was an absolute shambles. Black mould in various places, extractor fan wasn't working, mirror had been ripped off the wall and taken away. The shower mixer wasn't working so the water fluctuated between hot and cold. The walls were filthy, including a black hand print on one. A few stray hairs here and there around the room and bathroom. There were used old soaps left in the shower caddy from previous guests. I tried to check out shortly after arrival but unfortunately all other accommodation options were booked out, so I was left with no choice but to stay. If I'd known what to expect before arriving I never would have booked.

Great location, a cheap hostel, it felt safe with secured card access.

The facilities felt like they hadn't had a proper clean in weeks. There was mould on the roof, window, all over the bathroom, and dust/dirt in the bathroom. The facilities felt underkept and not maintained. We were very disappointed with what we booked, it looked nothing like the photos on the website.
