Nice room. Clean

God the cooked breakfast was vile. I mean inedible. Just gross

Great location, free secure car park. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good, hot food very nice! No fruit the first morning, and it wasn't listed on the menu either, so I was bit disappointed with that, but another morning there was a small bowl of fruit salad. Room was very clean, carpets on the corridor very clean too.

There was a problem with the key card system - 2 sets of keys didn't work in the 1st room we were assigned, got moved to a 2nd room but still couldn't get in! That worried me a bit. The staff had to re-set the whole system, so we were moved to a room on the 2nd floor. Finally we got into the room and it was a bigger room, so can't complain too much! Hopefully just teething problems with a new (upgraded) system.

It was very central had a nice swimming pool and bar area. Great dessert menu

A little bit run down wallpaper peeling on the walls our room was very close to the elevator so a lot of noise I did not like that there were signs everywhere telling the children not to run and jump and my children were actually stopped by a member of staff and spoken to abruptly in my opinion even when I explained that they were just walking up the stairs to the room. This staff member then said to me they weren’t allowed to run. I found it ironic that there is no issue at all when drunk guests were shouting up and down the corridor in front of our room.
