The resort is great, with nice rooms, great views and several pools and spas. Staff was friendly. The size of the property is just about right walking to the pool, beach, and back to the room. The location is nice, within walking distance to the marina and restaurants. We bought the Breakfast Included package. The breakfast was great, with nice selections of fruits. However, you can either select eggs / omelets or french toast / pancake, not both as listed in Bookings.

Some amenities are not functional well, such as AC having noise etc. They are mostly minor.

We had a very bad experience dining at the taqueria next to the pools. The server made us get up to get our own food when he was serving EVERYONE else, getting their plates for the, moving the umbrellas for them, and making them feel welcomed. He also got our order wrong and tried to tell us we were wrong when we pointed it out but he wrote our order in his notebook and knew what we ordered. The whole experience was really off-putting and we felt discriminated because nobody else dining was treated like that. It’s a small area so you can see how everyone was served. We tried to call the front desk to report it but they gave us the run around that the manager wasn’t there. Really ruined the experience for us, wouldn’t come back here.

Really nice resort, clean and safe. Rooms are marvelous suites and the staff is super friendly. Food was decent, and I enjoyed being close to the city for my daily meals. Maria was super helpful for booking tours. Gracias!

They allow Uber to drop you off, but not pick you up in the hotel. It makes for ridiculous situations where I had to run behind my uber till he exited the hotel before I could board it. Otherwise, the hotel's security snitches to the police and the uber gets a fine. About time we got rid of this insane policy...
