It was nice to look out onto an empty quad from our window and not be overlooked. We enjoy walking so the proximity to République and Le Marais and from there to the left bank was ideal.
We loved the Sunday market nearby in Boulevard Richard Lenoir in Oberkampf. It was so close to Père Lachaise. Good food nearby as well as wine bars.

The hotel was easy to find, clean in all areas and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was a good size with area to sit and shower and toilet in separate rooms which gave a feeling of space. The room was quiet even though we faced the street. The area around the hotel is lovely and it's close to metro and walking into the centre of Paris

Eigentlich alles - alle sehr zuvorkommend und nett!
Es war vielleicht etwas hellhörig im Hotel - nicht nach außen (also kein Straßenlärm), aber Nachts waren alle ruhig somit konnte man gut schlafen.

was very easily accessible by public transportation and lots of nice restaurants nearby
The staff we quite unwelcoming to me from the moment i checked in, did not like the vibe at all. Felt like they were keeping tabs on me the whole time. Dont want to assume its racism maybe discrimination based on the fact I am from the Uk. However, this feeling was validated by another black brit I met staying there
