L'emplacement était vraiment idéal, proche de la gare, du vieux Annecy. Le personnel est vraiment au top très très aimable. Au top propreté, confort et accès.

peut être une petite bouilloire avec de quoi boire serait un plus.

The location was perfect being 5 minutes from the centre of the town and the air conditioning in the room.

We found that the mattress was too soft, the bathroom was a little small and there was no facilities to make a cup of tea or coffee in the room.

Good location and very kind and friendly staff. They had also delicious breakfast with lots of French cheese alternatives and others.

Manager was fabulous and insightful on activities and dinning. All A+. Location was in the heart of everything and easy to get to and enjoy. Breakfast was great.

the room and shower were small, but they were no problem and the price was fantastic.

it was only a 5 minute walk from the train/bus station and 5 minute walk to get to the old town where all the attractions are! very handy location. there was also always someone at the reception and on arrival, the staff gave us a map of annecy and recommended places to visit and restaurants to eat at! the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable and they provided me with a kettle upon request. our room had a tv and a desk and a little closet to hang up our clothes. the room was slightly small but it didn’t bother us at all!
