The receptionist yelled at me when I asked him for a certain service, I asked him to respect me , but he continued to be intransigent.. Also, when I asked manager to hurry because my children had a fever, she said: My son also has a fever, hey.. We are not competing in illness!! !!! The worst experience in my life. This hotel is extremely bad. They have contracts with the airline staff and they don't care about the rest of the guests at all.

Problem with the bath

Nice room, helpful staff, excellent restaurant, and of course the location near Orly airport is super convenient.

Like everything in France, it’s overpriced.

The location to the airport and the staff in general but the restaurant staff especially.

The beds were uncomfortable, the shower was not fully enclosed and the room’s temperature was subpar — no air conditioning was available and the temperature outside was fairly moderate.

Poorly. We couldn’t sleep well and it was very uncomfortable to just stay in the room, because it was very hot. Disappointed for staying in a Mercure, paying more than 200 euros a night, with no AC.

The AC wasn’t turned on, despite the high temperatures in Paris. There were no ventilators and the windows couldn’t be opened.

The bathroom should get an upgrade

The taxi is too much expensive

some of the furnishings in the room need to be upgraded . lampshades were tearing and coming apart . I would have also appreciated a disposable shower cap too .

Amazing Room. Got upgraded for free to privilege room. The room was very spacious with a mini bar and coffee machine

24/7 reception parking space on hotel grounds (and likely in the close surrounding area) soundproof rooms silent performing airco

Very good location by airport, free shuttle bus (mostly on time), very friendly staff, delicious breakfast, comfortable bed plus bedding, soundproof windows (but sadly not room doors - you can hear other guest).

Not good soundproofed door of the room (you can hear noise from hallway). Room was missing amenities, but the reception has sent me new one immediately.
