L emplacement au top ! Parking en face payant mais fermé. Équipement correcte. Quelqu un 24/24

La literie trop dur et trop chaud. Petit déjeuner trop cher par rapport à ce qui est proposé.

On a aimé le parking sous terrain, l'accueil du personnel, la superficie de l'appart hôtel

L'odeur de tabac froid en rentrant dans le logement, il manquait le papier toilette qu'il a fallu aller demander, et surtout l'alèse du canapé lit était vraiment très très salé plein de poils et de cheveux. Il y avait aussi des tâches blanches sur le mur au dessus du canapé.

My room was not cleaned once and we stayed 4nights had to go my own toilet paper and extra towels and when asked if clenaing crew could do the room I was told that they were not available and that I could borrow a vacuum. I was surprised but I suppose you get what you pay for … they had a nice breakfast display but not enough food for the guests couple of the times there was no bread nor croissant/pastries left. Had breakfast else where while it was suppose to be included.

Good price, clean, easy check-in & out, close to a mall and the tram.

Very outdated bathroom wihout separate shower, the kitchen hob has no power enough to boil water, no smart TV (you cannot connect your laptop or mobile to watch Netflix). There isn't much light in the room. Also, animals are permitted in the rooms. The nights I was there, a big dog was regularly barking from inside one of the rooms in the corridor.

Clean, well equipped kitchen, staff, the closet, the desk and the dining table.. The studio had everything I needed for 2 days. There were no sound issue even though it is close to the main road. The proximity of Grand Place tram station is a plus (with surprisingly regular schedule).

It is 15 min tram ride from the center, so one needs to plan accordingly.
