Great location, close to great restaurants, metro. Walking distance to Louvre and Notre Dam. Bed very comfortable. Beautiful area.
Terrible water pressure, and tepid showers. Old and bedroom needs a refurbishment welcome gift of macaroons were mouldy and mushy. Cleaner entered room whilst were were laying on bed without knocking or announcing herself.

Location was absolutely fantastic, breakfast was quite good, staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Any little issue was dealt with quickly and to complete satisfaction. I felt they (all the staff) actually cared about our wants and needs, you don’t get that too often anymore. Loved the balcony, maybe not the best view but lovely and quite large space.
I know it’s not the fault of the facility but the room is tiny and the bed is small. Trying to drag our luggage up the last flight of stairs was not optimal. (Elevator only goes to the 5th floor, then you have to haul your stuff up the last set of stairs)

The Location is excellent.
SMALL Bathroom
Having lived in Europe previously for 5 years, I can confidently say that I have never seen an open shower SO close to the toilet.

Lovely location in the middle of Paris. Walking distance from many major attractions.
The bathroom roof was leaking onto the basin.
