Location

This is not a modern hotel. The room is spacious, but poorly utilized. Chairs unconfortable, desk insufficient.

Excellent value for money. Nice room with exceptionally comfortable beds. Good location.

The restaurant was of a high standard. The rooms and common areas had a modern and fresh feel.

Bedroom lighting.

Good location, walking distance to town Centre, well refurbished from what was a vintage hotel in a spa town. Ample room with good storage, hotel garage parking available, an advantage in a town with limited public parking.room

Room lighting was poor. Few electrical outlets for recharging.

The position

I asked for some gluten free products for my breakfast and in the morning a waiter prepared me some slices of GF bread warmed up it on the grill where all guests warm up their bread! This means a total lack of knowledge of basic hospitality, the staff MUST be prepared for all reasonable requests of clients otherwise it is better to communicate that it is not possible to get a gluten-free breakfast. If I had not noticed, I would have a stomach ache of incredible ones with unpleasant consequences. It takes competence and honesty to admit that you are not able to handle some situations, that's all.
