Patrick was fantastic from beginning to end! He waited for us to arrive and explained everything in detail, even accompanied us to the apartment and made sure that we understood how to use everything, including the various keys. He kept in touch with us and provided local recommendations, which were excellent!
We loved the apartment - it was perfect in every way, cool, safe, cosy, fabulous location! Would definitely stay again.
It was perfect as it was.

The location was superb with plenty of good cafes, restaurants and shops minutes away from the apartment. Only 4 stops on the metro from Gare du Nord and within easy walking distance of many main attractions.
Patrick, the host was very welcoming and helpful, providing a map and recommendations for local cafes etc.
The ceiling height in both the bedroom areas and showers was exceptionally low. I am 5ft 9 and could only just stand up with my hair brushing the ceiling in the upper bedroom. My son is 6ft 4 and had to crouch down making it very difficult even to take a shower.
The apartment is very gloomy with little natural light. It meant that it was very cool, a bonus as the weather was very hot but this might not be ideal in cooler weather.
