no tea or coffee facilities in the room. empty mini bar. no bbc tv channel

Great hotel with excellent services

it was clean, aesthetic and well managed. close to some restaurants and a U2 station is 400 m away.

they didn’t offer any welcome drinks.

Modern and well organized room. Bedding was so nice. I could relax myself.

Maybe at least one bottle of water is needed in the room.

Great layout of the lobby. Bright and spacious. Parking areas are separate and very spacious, with convenient access to the room via direct path by lift. Simple but wonderful layout of the room. Nice lighting and bathtub. Very clean and quiet. The bed is really suitable for me, not soft but gives many support for back, never feeling so freshed after wake-up! Breakfast included in the room fee is fabulous, a variety to choose from and nice service.

The ventilation is not working efficiently. The moisture and smell remains quite a long time before completely gone. The parking need to be re-confirmed by the front desk, after we found being blocked to leave the parking area, even we already paid for parking, also need machine-read paper as proof. Could be more efficient e.g. Register license plate in the system and paper-free parking lot using.

nice and clean, it’s a business hotel with some 5 or 6 stores. rooms are good on size and equipment breakfast offer a big variety of food.
