Kaum Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel.

Wir waren schon sehr oft in Hameln,haben schon mehrmals im Hotel übernachtet und können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Sehr sauberes Zimmer , sehr nettes Personal und ein tolles Frühstück . Direkt neben dem Hamelner Theater - für einen dortigen Besuch perfekt

great location, super clean and comfortable family room. They provide water bottles to bring to the room, really handy! We also loved the balcony overlooking the park. Really pretty.

No mini bar fridge in the room.

The breakfast was good.

Parking facilities were really poor. I would have preferred to have an option of a reduced price without breakfast as quite a few days family members did not have breakfast. It would have been nice to have tea / coffee making facilities and maybe a small refrigerator in the room.

Close to Centre

No parking on-site for more than 10 cars. Outside the property are many drunks, drug takers in full open view and hanging around the public car park entrance which was the only location to park our car. No tea/coffee facilities in the room. Vending only for coffee, vending is cash only. €100 should get you a hot drink in the room.

The view from the 8th floor was amazing. The room was quite clean and cozy. You can walk to the center in minutes. Breakfast has enough varieties. Staff is cheerful. Definitely recommended.

Good hotel there is only a lack of parking place, we had to park it farther in the street, the breakfast was amazing.

Location and breakfast were nice. the female staff at check- in was really kind.

Stayed here many times over the years. Business traveler, safe, covered parking downstairs or limited parking directly in-front of hotel (lucky to get one of these spots), Convenient location for Hameln old town and easy access to industrial areas by car, only 2mins walk into town once parked up. Classic German clean, functional business traveler chain hotel. Can't go wrong.

No restaurant anymore, just b-fast room.

coming to Mercure Hameln since years : breakfast is very good, location excellent. very friendly staff at reception and breakfast price/quality : very good

since covid : swmimming pool is closed machine to make fresh orange jus is removed, no more napkins on the tables since the change of policy : hotel is only stay and breakfast no more possibility to have dinner or even a drink on the terrace we come mostly over the WE, rooms are not cleaned : lack of cleaning staff

Close to the old town, very peaceful and quiet surroundings. Very clean rooms. Friendly stiff. Great food.

location was good.

We were on the top level and the heating systems were noisy. Luckily we were extremely tired and just for a night. The maintenance department should resolve the heating issue asap!
