Один из лучших вариантовпо соотношению цена/качество+комфорт в Шанхае, на мой взгляд. Очень удобное, вероятно даже ИДЕАЛЬНОЕ месторасположение отеля. Выход на пешеходную центральную улицу Шанхая, снесколько станций метро в пешей доступности от 2 до 10 мин пешком (в зависимости от линии). Очень разнообразный завтрак. На любой вкус. Большой зал для завтрака, свободный столик можно было найти даже в самое загруженное время. В номере было всё необходимое, кровать удобная, постель идеально чистая. Большая ванная комната, прекрасно оборудованная. Вообще нет никаких претензий.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar vor allem mIt Blick auf den großen Platz hin zur Nanjing Rd und die dazugehörige Skyline drumherum - ein außergewöhnlich guter Startpunkt, um von hier aus die Stadt zu Fuß, mit dem Didi oder der Metro zu erkunden. Unser Zimmer lag außergewöhnlich praktisch und hatte auch eine Sitzecke zur Fensterfront, so dass man sich auch gerne mal im Zimmer aufgehalten hat, um z.B mal am Abend den Tag gemeinsam bei einem Glas Wein jenseits der Menschenmassen ausklingen zu lassen - das ist bei den typischen "Städtetrip-Hotels" von London bis Berlin dann doch eher unüblich und hat uns daher sehr gefallen bei dem Ausblick. Zimmer sind bereits ein bisschen älter, aber gut in Schuß bei sehr guter Größe und der Zimmerservice war außerordentlich aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Betten waren sehr bequem inklusive 24 Std Zimmerservice und zahlreichen Kissen zur Auswahl - Preis-Leistung fanden wir super und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wenn man das Hotel von der Nanjing Fußgängerzone kommend betritt wirkt der Eingangsbereich hin zum Fahrstuhl ein wenig Trist und wenig einladend, auch finden die Taxifahrer die Anschrift des Hotels nicht sofort da in den chinesischen Karten / Maps Apps die Fußgängerzone als Hoteleingang hinterlegt ist, hier könnte man durch Angabe der zur befahrbaren Straße gelegenen Haupteinganges nachbessern. Das Angebot der im Haus befindlichen Restaurants blieb mir bis zu letzt unklar, mein Besuch des 30. Stockwerkes für ein Drink an der Bar blieb erfolglos, da das Restaurant geschlossen war.

Firstly, I must commend the hotel staff for their proficiency in English. It made communication effortless and enjoyable throughout my entire stay. Thank you for your commitment to ensuring guests feel welcomed and understood. You are all truly exceptional! Secondly, the hotel's proximity to the metro station was incredibly convenient. Shanghai's metro system is known for its efficiency and user-friendliness, and being located nearby made exploring the city a breeze. I highly recommend downloading maps.me for navigation, as it complements the convenience of the metro system perfectly. Furthermore, the nearby shopping center boasts an array of restaurants, among which Sue Dim Sum stands out. I absolutely adore their offerings and highly recommend indulging in a meal there during your stay.

Overall, despite the initial discomfort due to the lack of ventilation, the option to open the window and the quiet nighttime environment contributed to a satisfactory stay.

The hotel is perfectly located close to the bun and surrounded by lots of restaurants and shopping malls. The rooms are big and the beds are super comfy. The breakfast was good and lots of options.

The hotel's location is unbeatable. Located right in the central city. The famous shopping street is literally at the hotel's doorsteps. Key attractions like the Bund are just an easy and enjoyable walk away. Despite the busy location, the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and my room was spotless upon arrival. The variety and choices of the breakfast offered were also impressive, providing a great start to my day.

One minor inconvenience was it was a bit challenging to find the hotel entrance when arriving by taxi. While not a major issue, a clearer sign or additional guidance could be beneficial for first-time visitors.

The location was great being on one of the main shopping streets (Nanjing Road) close to The Bund. The underground station Nanjing Road East on the Line 2 is within 5 minutes. The size of the room was great with a separate living room and the breakfast was very extensive with both Chinese & Western food to choice from.

The pedestrian access from the Nanjing road is not very clearly sign posted including directions on how to get to reception (which turns out to be via a lift to the first floor).

The staff were not helpful and in some instances dismissive and rude. The front desk staff were not knowledgeable. The concierge was huffing and puffing in irritation when we asked him for some information about the Maglev - surely it’s his job to answer these types of questions

Das Hotel ist toll gelegen. Die Metro-Station nur 5 Minuten fussläufig entfernt. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr vielfältig und groß. Das Personal sehr freundlich! Zimmer auch super ausgestattet.

Unser Zimmer hat gelegentlich nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen, obwohl generell Rauchverbot herrscht. Uns wurde nur gesagt, dass es ja Rauchmelder in den Zimmern gäbe und das nicht möglich sei. Der Geruch war nun nicht so extrem, dass man das Zimmer hätte wechseln müssen, aber trotzdem war es nicht angenehm.

Hotel's location is very convenient where nearby a shopping mall and restaurant. Second, the facility in the hotel's very good and in part of housekeeping, do their best to serve a cleanliness to customers.

Staff's temper was not good especially a concierge man who was not smile and shout on the customers. I think if your staff was not ready to work as a customer services, should off your duty on that day or managing a person's state of mind seen in terms of their being angry or calm and SMILE!

For the price we paid for a superior suite - its really value for money considering the large size of the room. It's really a one bedroom layout with a nice lounge area for us to unpack our luggages or re-pack shopping stuff. The hotel location is superb - located just opposite Grand Shanghai hotel and right on the Nanjing shopping street. Will definitely return in future if we come to Shanghai again.

최고의 위치였으며 그중에서도 배정된 객실의 뷰는 정말 최고였습니다. 특히 아침 햇살을 받은 푸동과 동방명주의 모습은 정말 멋있었습니다. 그리고 조식을 먹는 곳에서는 난징동루가 내려다 보입니다.

주변 방에서 뭔가 작업을 하는 듯한 소리가 간혹들리기도 했습니다.

Since we are talking about a 5-star hotel, I will allow myself a longer comment First of all - a 20% additional fee was added to the price of my room booked on a popular website - if it weren't for the fact that I was exhausted after a long flight, I would have laughed in the face of the reception and left the hotel. I was 5 minutes late for the hotel breakfast (and I couldn't order anything from the hotel breakfast in the room) - but I wanted to thank the reception for the suggestion about the possibility of ordering breakfast from KFC located 30 meters from the hotel entrance. It is worth recommending that a 5-star hotel has such cares about customers In a hotel that costs 120-150 US per night, TV with English-language channels is standard. If you have blocked all English-language channels, please inform the client about it before booking the room. I understand that this is China and there are certain rules here, but apparently Radisson is an international hotel I see with sarcasm and irony the care for the planet earth that has been introduced in Radisson hotels. Microscopic soap - 3 tiny bottles of cosmetics and that's it. I think that your competition cares more about customers than you do. Basically, it's not a bad hotel. It's clean - well-equipped with a well-trained crew. If you just want to sleep, take a warm shower and don't care about anything else, this is the place for you. If you are looking for uniqueness and good memories - I strongly advise against it. They are in Shanghai other much better hotels for similar or even lower prices

Небольшой но очень комфортный номер, идеально для командировок. Отличный завтрак. Персонал выше всех похвал. Расположение почти идеальное- пешеходная улица с огромным количеством магазинов. Метро в 3 минутах ходьбы.

Обязательно надо вернуть одноразовые зубные щетки и бритвы. Давно перестал их брать с собой так как всегда есть в отеле. Шампунь и гель для душа надо менять каждый день.

De hotel bar was gesloten en er was geen informatie hier van. Het interieur van de kamer en de badkamer is verouderd en heeft een update nodig. Zeker de badkamer.

The hotel location is in the middle of shopping street which very convenience for our family, just 10 mins walk to the river side to see The Bun across the river. My view from my room was fantastic! what our family love the most is breakfast, it so great!
