location is perfect, easy access to everything.

如果以高標準來看,還是有待努力的空間 但是服務人員的努力我們都有看到, 有些問題是硬體的存在, 所以不是服務人員可以改變的~

清潔應該更徹底, 打掃的歸位應該不用提醒

I recently stayed at voco Wuhan Xinhua Hotel and had a great experience. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Jennie at the front desk who provided excellent service. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to the executive floor, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options. The hotel is close to the best dining street in Wuhan, where there are many good restaurants to visit. The hotel is close to the subway and train station, so it is easy to get around the city. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Wuhan.

The building of the hotel seems old, some of the staffs were really helpful while some were not

Breakfast OK, location, cleanliness....all satisfied.

It is a little disappointing not to provide disposable razors (Purchased separately at a convenience store near the hotel)
