All was excellent. The room was spacious and welcoming. The mountain view from the bedroom, and the terrace overlooking the canal linking the two lakes was beautiful. The buffet breakfast was a vast choice, and the staff were very efficient and friendly. We had to leave early for a trip one morning and we were provided with a packed breakfast that was sufficient to turn into brunch as well! The dining room was available in the afternoon and evenings with help yourself to teas and coffees. The rooms were cleaned every day. Everything was spotless.

Easy to reach by bus 🚌 and breakfast is nice as other reviews! 10 for laundry in the laundry room. Nice staffs. Family room is good and big for 3 people . I think it’s also enough for 5 adults. Strong recommend! Interlacken Ost is the stop to every destination.

It had provision for cooking
The staff wasn't very accommodating, there was no veggie or hot food options. I am pregnant so had slight dietary restriction, but there was only very limited option.
There were insects in the room.
