Bed was huge and extremely comfortable, we used hotel for a long stopover between 2 long haul flights. Well worth it, breakfast buffet fantastic, free bus shuttle from arrivals every 30 minutes only 5 minutes to hotel.

Very nice decor in room. Good check in welcome and all relevant information supplied.
My room located on 5th floor. I turned off the air conditioning after two hours as room was cold enough. Could hear person in next room snoring!!! Paper thin walls.. Phoned reception. Was told someone would come to my room to help move
No-one came. I went down to reception. Told staff person. They laughed twice.
Moved to floor 7. Potential guests take note.
You need to get out of elevator on floor 3 and take another elevator, around the corner, to floor 7. The hotel is made up of a few buildings. Signage is not good. The main restaurant U8 is not listed on the elevator list.

Accessibility to the airport and was clean.
Too long to wait to get registered more than half an waiting after a long trip is not acceptable . The personal were not very understanding.

1. The staff does not speak English. So, if you need something it would be a challenge to get that. 2. I booked a room with garden view, they provided traffic view. It took time and nerves to get what I needed. 3. They didn't provide bathroom amenities. I asked and it took 30 minutes to get tooth brash and paste only. I asked cotton pads and got traditional Chinese reply: meyo, meaning "no". I was very surprised not to have it at a Pullman hotel. Finally, after a talk of a deaf with a blind, I got it.... OMG

It looks like that the hotel is hiding behind the normal stupid excuses of the pandemic.
While I have checked in, I asked about the restaurant facilities, and yes, sorry Sir, but because of the pandemic, the restaurants are closed, but we can do "take away". That means room service.
After checking the extensive food menu in my room, I was between an Angus steak for a steep USD 60 or a "simple" beef burger for USD 25.
I ordered the simple burger and waited for approx 40Min...knock on the door, and a lady with a paper bag handed over my dinner. It looked like I was planning to go out for a picnic, but no, I intended to eat in the room.
Open the bag, a box with french fries, another box with a small salad without sauce, and a huge tower packed in alum foil. Here we are, and my simple burger arrived, apparently a double beef burger.
Oh yes, I forgot, in the bag was a wooden chopstick, a little wooden spoon and plastic gloves...no cutlery and plates, because pandemic or maybe they were thinking I would go for an evening picnic.
I wish they would have told me to order McDonald's instead of their extensive menu, over priced and very low-quality food and doing an in-house picnic.

The hotel was super close to the airport. It was well maintained, both inside and out. I ate at the on-site restaurant for all meals, and found everything to be delicious. The room was luxurious, and they have the best beds/pillows I think I’ve ever had in a hotel in China. Most of all, WangYang is absolutely amazing. As the guest experience manager, he helped arrange pick up from the airport and met us there personally, he oversaw checkin and made sure to help with late check outs. He offered to print pcr tests results for our flight. He was so helpful and communicative, that I was finally able to relax after a stressful few weeks. I also had a pleasurable experience being checked in by Stacy. She was so kind and helpful. Everyone spoke excellent English, and suffered through my attempts at Chinese with a smile. All in all, I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
The pool was closed due to covid restrictions. Although the food was great, the service was just a little bit slow. it’s not much of a downside, unless you’re really hungry.
