It’s was hot the nights we stay and there is no AC or a Fan. Other than that Great Job!

Hotel is ok for the price but definitely needs renovation. Rooms are clean and spacy but not so modern. Looks like owners are running the place but don't want to paint or renovete it yet. We had an issue with shower. Hopefully we got another room. Location very nice in peaceful housing area. Penny market next to hotel. 5 minutes from metro station. 25 minutes to center. Car park under hotel for 15 euro per day. Special thanks to Alex the night auditor. Very nice, friendly and helpful Reception Member. For a Short weekend break it is fine and cheep hotel in Vienna.

If you book parking, be prepared that there won't be any. Dirty towel, dirty flooring, dirty walls. Everything did not match the photo. The hotel saves on everything.

The mattress is too soft!

Hotel is not in the city centre but near the metro station. 25 minut walk to Schönbrunn. Room was well equipped and clean.

We stayed in a studio apartment. Room was spacious with balcony. Location is far from the city center; however, a metro station within walking distance.

In the Booking.com description, it was mentioned that the studio apartment has an equipped kitchen facilities. The private kitchen facility was the sole reason we booked the apartment. However, as we checked in, there was a kitchen (the oven, refrigerator, and an electric kettle) but NO Cooking Utensils or Cutlery were available in the room. This spooked us and we immediately went down to reception to ask about it. The staff was polite and informed us to take the cutlery from the restaurant; and promised us to bring the cooking utensils later after consulting with the manager; however, NOTHING has been done, no cooking utensils were available during our four nights stay! The information about kitchen facility in Booking.com was completely misleading!

All ok, Ideal for 1 night.

it was a great location, easy to use parking

there was some strings or hair in bed, didnt like that. People smoking from balcony and if windows are open its very smelly. I had a leaking kitchen, everytime i went back to hotel there was an water.

Location and room spaces

one of my rooms smell strongly to Cigarrete. we were not able to sleep in that room. all the four in one room. the service for the hotel staff does not help us.
