Vibes are amazing, I enjoy every moment from I arrive until departure… hospitality staff , reception, room service, housekeeping, etc… I really have fabulous memories in my stay in W hotel.. absolutely I will be back again, and recommend it to my friends…

The property is well managed and all the staff we encountered from concierge to management were 1st class. The breakfast was excellent with ripe fruit and all you need for an excellent timely breakfast.

Only one, the background music around the hotel and gym etc is a little bit heavy on the beat and definitely I would prefer the volume to be two notches lower.

Loved both the food & service in both Spice Market & Coya. The bed & pillow are super comfy.

I couldn't see any Lactose free cheese/items section on offer for breakfast (I could have missed it).

تصرف من نزيل واتمنى الفندق يكونون حازمين مع النزيل اللي يتعدى على راحة الآخرين رغم ان الموظفه اللي تلقت الشكوى كانت فمنتهى اللطف معاي و تأسفت عنه و ما خلت فاتورة الكافيه على حساب الفندق شكرا دبليو ستااف للمره الثانيه

The valet parking area always crowded, I don’t know that was related to slow staff or the area is small

Regarding breakfast, there was an issue with the restaurant manager, and unfortunately, there was no interaction from the restaurant manager after I informed him of the issue I went to the restaurant at approximately 10:40, and the employee asked me to wait because the restaurant was crowded, and I agreed with her opinion. I went out and sat down to wait for about 10 to 15 minutes. After that, she called me Mr. Satlan. Please, there is a table. I went to the kitchen man and asked him to make me eggs with cheese and vegetables. He told me. Sorry, we are closed. I went back to the employee and told her, thank you. I do not want to break my fast. The cook told me that you are closed. She asked me to wait and that she would speak to the restaurant manager. In fact, the restaurant manager came and asked me not to go and told me to wait. Ok. I waited and went to get bread and did not find any piece of bread that I asked for. Some of them had bread and I waited for the eggs that the restaurant manager had requested for me to come for about 20 minutes. No one brought me the eggs. I went back to the restaurant manager and said to him: Are you sure that the eggs take more than 20 minutes? He said to me: Didn’t they bring you the eggs? I told him: Thank you and you very much.
