I am writing to express my concern regarding several billing issues during my recent stay. At checkout, staff attempted to charge double the room rate confirmed through Booking.com, citing "peak season." While the agreed rate was eventually restored after discussion, this should not have occurred. Additionally, I was overcharged for dinner and transfer services—rates approximately three times higher than market standards and comparable hotels. Although I enjoyed aspects of my stay, these issues compromised my experience. I request a management review to ensure rate transparency and proper billing practices moving forward.
