The view, the cleanliness and furniture.

I wish they informed about the car cleaning service. I wasn’t aware that my car got dirty after it rained.

I regularly stay there since 2007.

The price was expensive

The receptionist lady was annoying, although they confirmed to me upon arriving the checkout time at 4 pm, but she continued to call since 2:15 pm and insisted on leaving before the agreed time, then she called again on the phone at 2:27 asking to leave again ! Even though she didn't call the other room of my co-workers to ask me out!

In one word: Wonderful.

Though all was good in the restaurants, but: 1 Buffet servers could be more attentive 2. Food smell floats to the l9bby.

Almost every thing was wonderful and perfect, the room was very nice and cosy,the view. staff are amazing, reception and Buttler :Ms Alaa and Mr.Gopal
