Great apartment with amazing views

The hotel is beautiful, spacious, and luxurious, with an amazing location on the Dead Sea. The grounds are very well maintained, and most of the staff were absolutely wonderful. A special mention goes to Ahmad, the lifeguard, who was exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional. In general, the staff did their best to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. We would also like to thank Mohamad, our Hertz driver, who took us on a day trip from the hotel to Petra. He was professional, thoughtful, and gave us excellent advice that helped us make the most of our visit. Every recommendation he made was useful and greatly enhanced our experience in Jordan.

We were supposedly upgraded to a better room category than the one we booked, but unfortunately the room did not feel up to 5-star standards. The bathroom was outdated and clearly in need of refurbishment. Both the toilet and shower were leaking, and the ventilation fan stopped working completely after being turned off. We were also disappointed by an interaction at reception. When I asked whether the hotel had a pair of scissors I could borrow, one receptionist responded in a surprisingly aggressive manner. While this may seem like a small issue, such behavior is not what one would expect from a 5-star hotel and contrasted sharply with the excellent service provided by the rest of the staff.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! The pool was spotless and well-maintained, and the overall facilities (gym, restaurant, front desk) reflected a high level of service and attention to detail. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole atmosphere made the stay genuinely comfortable.

Unfortunately, the stay didn’t meet expectations in terms of cleanliness. The room had visible dust and clear signs it wasn’t properly cleaned before check-in, and the bathroom needed more attention. Even after requesting housekeeping, the response was slow and the cleanliness issues weren’t fully addressed.
