really liked the concierge team; they were very helpful and friendly. However, I felt that some of the reception staff could have been more welcoming and attentive.
I really appreciated the security at the hotel, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location was also great and very convenient. Overall, I had a good experience and enjoyed my stay.
really did not like that we were charged every time we called room service to request something. I also did not appreciate being charged a city tax for each person after we had already paid the full booking amount. This was not mentioned at the time of booking, so the additional charges came as a surprise.
The furniture and overall rooms also felt quite old and dated, especially considering the price of the hotel. I expected a more modern and updated experience for the amount we paid.
